Fresh Darjeeling Tea ships all countries worldwide. Your purchases will be processed within 12 hrs after complete validation and shipped within 24 hrs .We use reputed courier companies offering online tracking of consignments like ARAMEX and UPS.

Fresh Darjeeling Tea is proud to announce that we will only charge US$ 15.00 as a processing charge for all shipments irrespective of your geographic location, transaction value and consignment weight. This will not compromise our service delivery, and be rest assured that your product(s) will be at your doorstep within 5-7 working days, Guaranteed!

However, we apologize to say that we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes or APO addresses. We shall notify you incase your address is listed as a rural service delivery area but we encourage you to contact us and we shall be happy to assist you. Please note that the customer may have to pay extra charges if the courier company agrees to deliver to remote locations which the customer may not have intentionally /mistakenly notified.

We shall comply with the rules & regulations let down by the food authorities of your country and shall follow the governing laws set forth. For example USFDA prior notice certificate for Unites States. In cases where required we shall also enclose a quarantine certificate/phyto-sanitary certificate. However, before ordering you may always contact us in case of any such queries.

FAQ-What is the maximum quantity I can purchase on flat shipping?

The maximum quantity you can make from a single purchase will be 5 kilograms. Above this you will have to contact us for wholesale rates and prices.

How many ounces are in a kilogram?
Use the following Conversion Chart to determine the amount of pounds and/or ounces in a kilogram:
1Kg (1000g) = 2.2 lbs = 36oz
1Kg = approx. 333 8oz cups of tea
100g = 3.53oz
1L = 33.8oz

Do I have to pay Taxes and Custom Duties? Will the shipping include invoice and pricing?

We will process all your purchases as gift parcels so this should not attract customs/import duties. We will make sure we attach a declaration and a packing list along with your purchases. However, rules differ from country to country.

Can I track my shipment?

Absolutely! This is what the World Wide Web is all about. As soon as we post we will immediately mail you your Tracking Number for reference.

Can I include a personalized message in my shipment? Or use the shipment to give gifts?

Yes, if you wish we will ship your gift directly to the recipient, please ask us at contact. We will also post a postcard of Darjeeling along with every shipment from Fresh Darjeeling Tea.
